Casa Bandera - The first upscale, off-campus multi-family development designed exclusively to serve New Mexico State University students. Southwind worked closely with the University to conform Casa Bandera’s architecture to that of the University. Commercial store-front space was also incorporated into the Clubhouse to compliment a special zoning district the University has in the area.
