Founders Hill - Southwind purchased a 12-acre site from Kansas State University. The site was the location of Bluemont Central College, the predecessor to Kansas State. Worked with the University to create a special monument acknowledging the site’s historical significance. Incorporated mixed-use into the development with a bank site on an Outparcel.
