Grindstone Canyon - Southwind converted a challenging site into one of its most beautiful apartment settings. It incorporated existing trees and a creek running through the middle of the property to create beautiful views for residents. The site was chosen because of the proximity to the University of Missouri campus, and because of an opportunity to create a new student housing corridor.
