The Bluffs - A 602-unit multi-family development with public amenities in Junction City, KS. 120-acre development to accommodate BRAC Realignment at nearby Ft. Riley, KS. Worked closely with the City of Junction City on a TIF package to meet the government’s housing requirement for the region. The package included dedication of a 35-acre public park to the city.
