WildOak - Southwind delivered the first Class A apartment development to a Kansas City submarket near the city of Liberty. Southwind converted a picturesque 65-acre rolling, wooded tract with a stream into a mixed-use development. Anchors are WildOak, a 350-unit apartment development, and a Ford Learning Center, an amenity for Ford Motor Company employees. The area has since become one of the fastest-growing in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
