A Southwind entity acquired a suburban healthcare campus from a medical-related entity. At the time the campus was acquired, one of the buildings had a significant vacancy. Since the acquisition, Southwind has increased the building’s occupancy through the addition of a significant primary care practice. The campus is also home to practices and services owned and operated by the City’s acute care hospital, Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Since Southwind’s acquisition, the Hospital has made a further commitment to the campus through lease renewals and investment in tenant improvements. The Hospital’s new investment has gone hand-in-hand with Southwind’s commitment of capital dollars to the infrastructure of the campus.
