MedDevelopment was given an assignment by a publicly-traded hospital company to locate a site in an expanding, nearby bedroom community to serve its Weatherford, TX hospital. Our group located such a site for a 21,000 sq.ft. medical office building and capacity for an expansion to a second tract. The project included primary care, radiology and urgent care. As part of our development plan, we facilitated a public-private arrangement with the City of a right-of-way dedication to ensure that a public road was built to give the property improved access beyond what was required in the entitlements.
